PTS has over 20 years experience performing Financial Management and Cost Analysis. These efforts have included Budget Line Management, Budget Formulation, Budget Execution, Managerial Accounting, Tracking Obligations, Parametric Cost Estimation, Engineering Cost Estimates, Project Office Estimates, Life Cycle Estimating and Best Value Assessments.

Prototype Engineering

PTS has over 10 years of experience prototyping Tactical and Training hardware. This experience runs from Concept Development through Production. Design, parts sourcing, supplier relations, produce ability, production line design, product improvement and engineering changes.

Conference and Event Support

Our personnel have over 15 years of experience working with conference organization and management, event planning, and all aspects of trade show management. Our capabilities also include graphic design, marketing support, and proposal development support.

PTS has an excellent reputation among vendors and conference support services personnel. We also join with other companies as required to provide the best support at a competitive cost. No event is too big or too small.

Our AMCOM Express Business and Analytical contract provides PTS a vehicle to perform conference support services, event management, graphics support, and marketing support to the Government. We also provide these services as a consultant vendor.

PTS brings a full circle of knowledge in organizing conferences/symposia and handling the multitude of tasks behind the scenes from location selection, registration, food, scheduling speakers, and exhibit management to working shows as an exhibiting attendee.

Graphic Design and Marketing Support

PTS is also experienced in graphic design to include marketing literature design, trade show graphics design, business cards, give-away items, magazine advertising, and web site design using software programs such as Adobe Photo shop and SiteXpress. We are knowledgeable in the Microsoft Suite and are highly skilled in Microsoft Power Point and Word.

Proposal Development Support

PTS, Inc. personnel have taken the Shipley Proposal Management training classes and the American Graduate University Program Management class. We have extensive experience in proposal development. Graphics support for volumes or oral presentations are a large part of a successful proposal. We can help you manage, track, meet requirements, design, and produce proposals of all sizes.
